Changes of any garment must be requested within five (5) business days following delivery of the product.

Shipping costs and any other costs incurred by the exchange will be covered by the consumer.

Changes are not accepted without a purchase invoice.

Exchanges are not accepted if the garment shows signs of wear or alterations to the labels. In such cases, Tom & Valento reserves the right to inspect the product and verify its condition is appropriate for the exchange due to the intangibility of the purchased product.

Since these are garments for personal use, the right of withdrawal does not apply; only the right to exchange the product due to a size mismatch applies.

In sales against payment from the buyer upon receipt, Tom & Valento only has to deliver the merchandise to the carrier; from that moment on, all risks are with the buyer.
